Vinyasa Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Sunday, repeating until December 31, 2017
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a 60 minute class that is appropriate for all levels. This class incorporates standing and seated poses stressing safe and proper alignment. Attention will be paid to the breath and mindful movement. Being present will also be cultivated and woven into the flow of this class.
Modifications and use of props will be suggested/taught to incorporate all levels of yogi.
